Laying it out n the table

Just sent what I think is the final poetry and fiction budgets to the section editors for the upcoming issue of "The November 3rd Club." Acceptance and rejections soon.

The issue is massively behind deadline, in part because I've been dragging my feet on a decision.

This will be the last issue.
