How do you track your workouts?


Picture 7 Last week I started something new – riding my bicycle to work.



As part of my new fitness routine, I decided to also start tracking my rides. Not only did I want to know how many calories I was burning (and, more importantly, how much of my homemade guacamole I could eat later), I also wanted a record of my workouts – Something I could look at it when I am feeling less than motivated.



Because several of my friends were using the site DailyMile.com to track their workouts, that's were I decided...
