The IKEA Fourth of July Sale, the Modcloth review, and the dolls

I spent a productive Fourth of July weekend unpacking in our new home. There were three layers to this process, and yes, it felt like an archeological dig. First, the superficial layer - our stuff from the Brewery, the loft in LA where we've been living the last year. These were easy: clothes, files and a few books.
