Please considered taking the cash from just one of your planned Christmas-time treats (if you’re lucky enough to have such) and donate it to Medicin Sans Frontieres  (aka Doctors Without Borders or Medics Without Borders) Specifically their Typhoon Relief Fund which you can donate to directly, knowing that the funds will go to relief of the terrible situation in the Philippines.

You don’t need to give much. Imagine if every one of us gave just a tenner? How much difference it would make.
