Heba Naguib Hello Ruth, am a big fan of your works, and really like your science fiction stories, very inspiring and illuminating indeed. But, I have a question, if you please, I'm not a native English speaker and was wondering how do u pronounce your surname (Nestvold), I'd so much appreciate your reply, if you just can send me the transcription or something, because I cant find it on any of the names pronunciation websites.

Thank you very much

Ruth Nestvold Thanks for the kind words about my works, Heba! My name is pronounced pretty much exactly as written. Nest, just like the bird's nest, and "vold" with a long "o" so that is rhymes with "fold."

Now if my family were to pronounce the authentic Norwegian way, it would sound very different ... :)
