Short, Fast, and Deadly published a mash-up poem I scrawled with sticks into the ashes of “50 Shades of Grey” and “The Divine Comedy,” titled simply TAKE HEED, FOR I AM SNOW PATROL BLARING & OLD, BURNT IN BY THE FLAMES, & KATE IS WALKING FROM HER CAR AS I HEAD OUT THE DOOR, & I WAVE & DON’T STOP FOR THE INQUISITION; THE FLAME IS EXTINGUISHED &, STILL, IT GRIEVES ME TO REMEMBER. Thanks, Parker and Joseph, for rocking with me. (Pro tip: Be sure to continue to the second page.)
