Days Like Today

As most of you know (and all of you will by the end of this paragraph), I do not have the luxury of just being an author. I am a wife, the mother of four amazing daughters, and have a full-time career outside the home.

To say that my life gets crazy is a gross understatement.

And on days like today – deep in the heart of NaNoWriMo, with a rather tall stack of work on the desk associated with the career that won’t go away until I finish it – there’s even more crazy added to the mix.
