How Gianne sees things...

Hello. I am Gianne Marvray. My oncologist invited me to a dinner at the Twelve Hotel celebrating his oldest son’s promotion to hospital Chief of Staff. This was the first time I'd been out anywhere special since I got sick. I have looked and felt so bad for the past twenty-two months, I had no desire to socialize.
Now that Dr. Stafford has given me the good news, I had to celebrate. So I decided to change my hair, which has finally grown out a couple of inches since I finished the chemo. My best friend, Stefanie, did my makeup, and I was looking good, if I must say so myself.
I never expected to meet anyone tonight, but the most gorgeous man I’ve ever seen came over to my table and introduced himself. He just happened to be one of Dr. Stafford’s sons. We talked for the rest of the evening, and he just invited me to come to his parents’ house for dessert.
