There she was at her first meeting of an all male Lions Club! She joined with twelve other ladies when our local Lioness club disbanded in 1992. This event changed our Club in a very positive way-we not only had ladies, but one who was “trapped” in a wheel chair and could not speak so anyone could understand her.
