Elon Musk Mulls Building The World's Largest Battery Factory In North America
"This will be a giant facility," the Tesla founder told analysts during the earnings call of the firm's Q3 results.
The issue with Tesla's expansion is said to be the lack of electrical cells to power its electric cars––and so, says the firm's founder, Elon Musk, why not build a factory in order to produce them? This being Elon Musk, however, the factory would have to be the biggest one in the world.
