word. The word might be 
work or 
wood or 
worm or 
would, maybe sometimes 
worn but my ear hears my mind say something else and tells my fingers to type what they expect from me, a 
word. It is a bad habit, one invisible to me, often, when I'm writing, and, even later, when I'm proofreading. The other week, I had to read a poem aloud three times before I saw that 
wood had become
