Feta/Asparagus/Basil Omelet with Fresh Tomato Sauce and Butternut Squash

Ingredients:
One small carton Egg Beaters
1/3 cup Frozen or fresh asparagus tips
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
4–5 fresh Basil leaves
3–5 cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup Fresh (or jarred) tomato sauce
