Stayin' busy in 2014

So I've decided, maybe against better judgment, that next year I am going to attempt to release 3 books within 12 months. Is it possible? For some writers it is.

I'm about to find out if I'm one of them.

“What are these books?” I hear you ask. Spectacular question! Here's the breakdown:

First, and most importantly, I will be releasing the second book in my fantasy series ERIC ELMOOR AND THE CHALICE OF CAMERON. This series is what got me into prose in the first place and will be my top priority.

The other two will be based off of screenplays that I wrote many moons ago. Both of these scripts were written for Amazon Studios and one even landed me as a semi-finalist during a monthly contest. But like all things, I got sick of them sitting on a shelf collecting dust. I wanted people to experience these stories because I think they're great escapism.

First up is SINBAD AND THE SECRETS OF PANDORA. I know, I like the “and the” titles a lot! For some reason that format of title always signified adventure for me. Indiana Jones, anyone? Anywho, this tale is the story of, you guessed it, the legendary pirate Sinbad. We catch up to him well into his pirating career as he meets a mysterious young woman that leads him on a harrowing adventure that may or may not transform the swashbuckler for the better. When I wrote the original screenplay I had ideas for a trilogy. Will we see this trilogy in book form? Only time will tell.

Next up is THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UNDEAD. Cowboys. Zombies. Need I say more? This one barely got noticed on Amazon Studios but I found it to be a fun story with a bit of heart. This one seems like a good one to release in October. Hmm...

Oh, there's also a new short story I'm working on called EXODUS that will be out soon (ie. 2013). What's that one about?

STAY TUNED!
