Movies, TV and Swimming Upstream in Hollywood
I always say that everything I've done in my professional adult life has not been "in the plan."
It amazes me sometimes that although I haven't "made it", that I have met some pretty amazing people. F I always say that everything I've done in my professional adult life has not been "in the plan."
It amazes me sometimes that although I haven't "made it", that I have met some pretty amazing people. Famous people. Legends. Household names. Which would be fun to share.
But I always return to the big and small screen for homework and critique. What makes it work? In my opinion, what didn't work for me? Nobody sets out to make a piece of crap and with so many chefs to spoil the soup, I find the process compelling.
I've lived in Los Angeles since 1990. I've played the Whiskey a Go Go, been a producer, worked in children's programming, been an actor on movie and tv sets and became a published author.
I wouldn't call it a career but I've had a lot of really great moments that weren't "in the plan". Maybe you'd like to stick around and check in as my Zelig-like or rather Forrest Gumpian journey unfolds.
