Hans Ephraimson-Abt, Air-Crash Victims’ Crusader, Dies at 91

Mr. Ephraimson-Abt became an internationally known advocate after the death of his daughter on Korean Air Lines Flight 007, which was shot down by Soviet fighter planes in 1983.
