Not great, either. But I'm getting over a wicked case of jetlag that really threw me for a couple of weeks. I think I've finally turned the corner, though. I'm focusing on more fruit/veg, and way more water, and not focusing on calories. Seems to be working. I bought this fancy new Tervis cup that holds 24 ounces and I dry to drink 3 of them a day. So far I am always getting to 2 but not always 3. It's a start, right.
