My first foray into blogging.

Bear with me . . . Author and dear friend, Donna Fasano (USA Today Bestselling author!) said it was time I started blogging. I've been thinking about it for months.  I don't know how to blog. What would I say? You'd think that because I write novels . . . have been writing/selling books for the last TWENTY-EIGHT years that this wouldn't be a daunting task. I'm mean, seriously, when I started out all those years ago writing historical romances, the books were 110,000 words or even longer. I'm talking 500 typewritten pages. (I wrote the first book I ever sold on a typewriter) I've had more than 80 full-length novels published. (I don't know how many-- I'll explain in another post) If you do the math, 80 some books at 55k-110k words per book . . . well, you get what I'm saying.  I've written a lot of words over the years.  

But this is a different media. A different forum.

So here I go. After many, many years, and more than a few pseudonyms, Colleen Faulkner has been resurrected. JUST LIKE OTHER DAUGHTERS will be released November 1.  I'm so excited to see my name in print again . . . and I'm excited about this book.  More later . . .
