So. There it is.
The short summary. This manuscript is now with my publishers. I am hoping for a 2014 publication date, but we will see. This is volume one of what I am determined will remain a trilogy in length.

I had intended to make a more grandiose announcement of this, but flu/cold felled me, and the days ticked by, and suddenly it was time let the cat out of the bag. Or perhaps the Kat?

Thank you for writing this. Only thing I can ask is that you let the story go however you feel it should go, and not worry about hurting our feelings if necessary... but I'm sure I don't need to tell you that.[I say it only because i'm currently re-reading Tawny Man, which in many ways didn't please me at all when I first read it, as I was hoping for something quite different... yet now I love it, and every time I re-read it it seems more and more 'right'. So I'm looking forward to the same learning experience next time...]
Anyway, thanks again for this and for the other books!
Wow, that's great news! I finished the Tawny Man trilogy just a few months ago, and now I'm excited there will be more.
I miss the Fool so much! <3 I was crying when he went away and wished in my heart that we will see the two (three who are one) again.

I wish I could forget reading about this and only find out the day before it's released. The anticipation will surely kill me.

I am sooo excited, you don't even understand. Your books are all incredible but the Farseer and Fool series are some of the most well written and memorable books I have had the pleasure of reading (and rereading), and that's saying a lot. Squee!
Good news. I read a lot of fantasy novels but the Farseer trilogies definitely belong to my all-time-favourites. I'm really looking forward to a sequel.
