ARE YOU ON VINE?

I love Vine, but not many people seem to use it. Why not? Yes, you can post videos on Instagram, but am I the only one who finds Instagram videos a bit jarring? I think it's because I might be in a setting where I'm just planning to quietly view photos and suddenly there's audio and video.
