Abba is familiar, available, good. Abba is a force, however named, within all human beings. Abba is a light, a guide, a friend. Abba is the one whose good news Jesus bears, embodies and exemplifies. We use different names and come from different traditions. But one by any name, within us all, is the same. The name Abba defies entropy. The name Abba subsumes tragedy in the comedic. Abba signifies reversal in the world and in us all.
