Hello Goodreads

Well I've been persuded to write a blog here on Goodreads. In truth I'm still finding my way about the website so if you find me popping up in the strangest of places you know why.
I write explicit erotic, unashamedly so. Adult books are a very popular genre and yet so many places hide them away. I can understand where kids might find the books, but for adults that should not and must not be the case.
I've started loading up my 20+ books to Goodreads most are $2.99 and there are some compilations at $5.99.
I love my subject, I hope you will too as you find your way into the erotic world of my adult books.

Totally agree,I have a series of adult fictional crime not only on goodreads but also on Amazonkindle kdp Select ,and they all contain sex and violence, but the hero of my books a Jim Bent (Fiction) has been called a pervert, peodifile etc by critics. They don't seem to understand that although very secret sex and violence does exist and all four of my books are fiction so no such person exists.I have clearly stated in the books and on Amazon that they are infact ADULT fictional crime, which it seems must not be seen or heard?.Robert James Bridge Author uk

Phebe Bodelle The world of erotic fiction, especially Amazon/Kindle seems quite confused at the moment and very contradictory. The companies like the profit but don't seem to want to advertise the fact that they have erotica on their shelves. I've recently started a website www.simplyeroticbooks.com which unashamedly promotes erotica. The world can be very two faced.

Hi Phebe and thanks for replying. As you say Amazon kindle seems very confused, and the comments I get are somewhat rude from readers of my crime novels. This hurts because I explained they are adult fictional crime.Erotica has a place in my opinion since it does happen in the real world as you know?.Other gendres seem ok but when it comes to erotic material people act as though its not real?.Mind you they have a sneak look I can guarantee that.Come on world wake up and get real its 2013 not 1918.
