Peter Watts totally deserves to come to Worldcon and catsparx  totally deserves a medal for fearlessly working to make it happen:

The Aussiecon committee has very kindly donated Peter’s membership. The rest is up to us. If you think the guy deserves a break, how about taking part in the raffle or making a donation?
 
I for one am hoping to be charbroiled by the fiery radiation of a magnetar (or something equally gruesome) in Peter's next book, should I be so lucky as to win the raffle. Failing th...
