It’s Live!

In order to make sure that all the buy buttons were live for the release date, I pressed publish a little early.  And it’s now live at Amazon and Barnes & Noble and the rest of the links will be live tomorrow on the 16th.  I’ve enrolled in the Kindle MatchBook which means if you buy the print edition, you get a digital Kindle copy free (available only at Amazon).
