Transforming Judgment

Judgment can come unexpectedly and it can feel unfair. 

The question, “Do I deserve this?” isn’t really the point. 

People judge other people sometimes accurately…sometimes not. 

I remind myself it is my own personal assessment

that has the greatest impact. 

The appraisal of another is only as important as I allow it to be.
