The NEW and the old CANNOT live together:

The reason why God says you cannot bring everybody with you into your new life, your new level of blessings and favor, is because some people cannot let go of the OLD you. Because they have an OLD mindset and want everything OLD about you. The NEW and the old CANNOT live together. You CANNOT come with me, because you cannot SEE where I am going. You too busy looking back at where I came from. Lot’s Wife could not come with him, because she was too busy thinking about what they USED to do in the past (Ref. Genesis 19). I do NOT want anyone around me or in my circle that cannot SEE where we are GOING, NOT what we used to do. OLD people will pull you back into OLD dried up places.
