Review: Ardor
Today I will be reviewing Elena M. Reyes's Ardor! Usually my reviews go out around eight am, but we had a family emergency yesterday that involved me being at the ER until three this morning. Everyone is fine, but it certainly set me back a bit!
Review of Ardor by Elena M. Reyes
Let me start off by saying this novel is NOT for the faint of heart. Ardor is an erotica in the truest sense of Ardor doesn't waste any time jumping right on in to the thick of things. This can be a good and a bad thing for some. While I thoroughly enjoyed that the novel maintained an steady reading pace the entire length of it, sometimes while reading I did feel like I'd missed something because the scene had changed.
the word.
The initial conflict of the main character is an interesting one, as he's sworn off love due to finding his now ex-wife in bed with her supposedly gay best friend. It's an interesting twist of scenario, as both the ex-wife and main character work within the same company. Not only that, but our main character's newest love interest becomes a member of the same company. I would have liked to seen more of this conflict before the rest of the novel began, and the way it affected the main character before the new love interest was introduced, but his inner turmoil is still evident through the novel.
A quick, good evening read for those who enjoy erotica novels. I do warn that there is quite the amount of foul language, and if that is not your cuppa, then don't say you weren't warned!

About the Author, Elena M. Reyes
Elena M. Reyes was born and raised in Miami Florida. She is the epitome of a Floridian and if she could live in her beloved flip-flops, she would.
As a small child, she was always intrigued with all forms of art—whether it was dancing to island rhythms, or painting with any medium she could get her hands on. Her first taste of writing came to her during her fifth grade year when her class was prompted to participate in the D. A. R. E. Program and write an essay on what they’d learned.
Her passion for reading over the years has amassed her with hours of pleasure. It wasn't until she stumbled upon fanfiction that her thirst to write overtook her world. She now resides in Central Florida with her husband and son, spending all her down time letting her creativity flow and letting her characters grow.
