You Knew Me When!

One week. And one day. That's how long I have left until my debut novel, You Knew Me When, hits bookstores and Kindles nationwide! (for those who pre-ordered) Excited? YES! Nervous? YES! Stressed? BEYOND!

It's funny in a way because it's not my first book, but it is my first novel and, for some reason, that means so much more. It's what I've always dreamt of doing and it's proof positive that dreams really do come true.

Obviously, I hope everyone will read it...but, more that that, I hope it will touch readers in the way I intended it to. I hope that people will see themselves and their friends/family members in the characters. I hope it will inspire at least one other person to pursue his/her dream of writing a novel.

September is going to be a busy month. I have 13 events/TV appearances surrounding the book so far and I'm not planning to slow down until someone says I have to!

Add two little boys (3 and 4) to that...and we'll see if I still have hair by October :)
