An old dog learns something new.
Well, here I am at the ripe old age of...well, let's skip that for now. They say an old dog can't learn new tricks and we're about to find out. This is my very first ever blog post. I've been going back and forth with this thing, telling myself, variously, "What do you need with a blog," "Facebook will serve the purpose," or, "I just don't get this blog thing." And as of this moment, I really, really don't! But I do have some news.
First of all, several new characters will be introduced in book two of The Adventures of Bryce Tyconnel, entitled Pride of Lions. Two of them are female military veterans. And I have a question. What do you want me to do with them in book three? Should they be lesbian lovers, allies to Bryce, infiltrators into Trinity Security? Do you have a preference or do you want to be surprised? I'm very open to feedback and suggestions.
Secondly, the initial draft for book two of The Adventures of Bryce Tyconnel, Pride of Lions, is one or two pages away from completion. Very soon it will be available for sale. For those of you who haven't yet read book one--there's a synopsis of book two at the end--here's what's in store:
Fly with Bryce in his awesome V/STOL machine of war and fight off a pack of wolves in deep winter snow in Eastern Europe. Discover the secret behind the striking resemblance of Bryce and Isaac and dance through the night with them in a club in Rome. "See" the reaction when Isaac's parents realize he's gay, and be present when tragedy strikes at Calaveras House on Christmas Eve. The Adventures of Bryce Tyconnel continues!
Happy reading! Thomas
