Three Simple Rules
There's three simple rules that I'm going to try to implement in my own personal interactions. In my own arrogance, I think they can improve 99% of all human interactions, including customer service, public relations, interpersonal relationships, marriage, and friendship.
They are:
1. Take responsibility for your actions.
2. If someone is harmed by a mistake that you made, apologize to them. (Even if it happened a long time ago.)
