What NOT to Do When Your Company Is Hit With a PR Crisis

Without mentioning any names I'm going to recount a story of closed mindedness on the part of a large company.

The company has been hit by some unfortunate rumors. Whether true or false is not the question for this blog post.

In the course of this situation I had occasion to request a phone conversation to discuss an innovative social media strategy that Miller Mosaic Power Marketing could implement with the company's staff.
