Rebuilding EYARC Pre-School

Last week, I told you about my son’s pre-school burning down. Even though Turtle and his friends will move on to big kid’s school later this month, this is still a blow to the community, so myself and some of the other parents are organizing efforts to help rebuild. That’s where you come in. If you’re not local, here are two ways you can help.

1. For the month of August, my friend Dawn has set up a Rebuild the EYARC Preschool online Thirty-One event. She will donate 100% of her commission from the sales to the school. August has a really outstanding special going on. Spend $35 and buy a purse for 1/2 off. This includes 7 new styles and patterns. 2. For the month of August, I will be collecting donations of children’s books. Books should be appropriate for ages 3 through 5, and should be in new (or like new) condition. Books can be mailed to Brian Keene PO Box 281 Craley, PA 17312. Please mark the box with ‘Rebuild EYARC’ so it gets routed to me appropriately (I get a lot of mail and email and it often doesn’t get read or opened until weeks later).
