I made homemade flour tortillas over the weekend, and they wound up forming the basis of this delicious meal: a wonderfully flavorful marinated chicken breast grilled to perfection and topped with creamy Jack cheese and served with refried black beans, pico de gallo, and whatever else I could get my hands on.
Though it looks like a complicated plate of food, it really wasn't at all. Most everything can be done in pieces or stages here and there, and the throwing-it-all-together is a cinch.
