Ongoing project

This is a very large tapestry that I’ve had on the go for about three years. I’ve completed lots of other tapestries in the meantime but I like to return to this in between other projects. I’ve taken it on holiday, done a bit on the beach, in the pub – it’s travelled around quite a bit.

It’s on hessian, and as you can see the stitches are every which way, allowing the shapes to flow more easily.
