The Governor - Excerpt from Aurora

There are always at least two sides to every story, and when I wrote Aurora I decided to try to get inside the head of the antagonist a bit more than I did in Exodus. So I wrote a few scenes from George Havelar's point of view. What's interesting is that when you try to see the world as "they" do, you start to realize that perhaps it's not that the "bad guys" are inherently bad, but rather that they see the world differently than you do, which leads to a different course of action.
