Rob Greenfield is an adventurer, world traveler, environmentalist, and sustainability advocate. His mission is to entertain, educate, inspire, and give back through creative journeys. In his most recent eco-journey called “Off the Grid Across America” he cycled 4,700 miles across America on bamboo bike to inspire and teach the Americans ways to live a happier healthier life and in turn live a more earth friendly lifestyle. He lived off solar panels, water from natural sources and from leaky faucets, ate local organic food and food, and aimed to create near zero trash. In 104 days he managed to not turn on a single light switch, used only 150 gallons of water, and created only 2 pounds of trash.
