First, being outside of the US is no longer much of an impediment. There are tons of people making Western comics from all over the world, and Brazil has many, many fine comics artists in particular, like Joe Bennett, Ed Benes, Joe Prado, and many more.

I can’t tell you where to send your ideas. That’s not really how it works. What you need to do is get something published, whether it’s self-published or for someone else. Get a book in print. Then a lot more doors are at least partially open.
