A QUESTION FOR ALL THOSE WHO SAY THE CONSTITUTION IS BEING IGNORED AT GITMO

According to the US Constitution, to whom does the Constitution apply? Does the Constitution give certain protections to anyone in the world, or does it afford US Citizens certain rights and protections?
I ask this question because the Pelosi's, Reids, Obama's continue to push that we have abandoned the Constitution in respect to people who are not citizens, who are not in this Country nor do they have any right to be in the Country. The US Constitution does not afford a single right and or prote
