Share your goals and reasons

To move forward towards achieving your goals, try to replace your behavior from negative to positive. A few steps can be considerably helpful:


1) Determine your goal.

2) List your reasons.

3) Identify likely obstacles.

4) Develop new behaviors.

5) Stay focused.


It is highly possible that you might detract from your focus due to any emotional, social, or any other problem. You need to be reminded every now and then about your goals.
