Communication with angels (and spirit guides) is great for raising vibrations! We are constantly surrounded by them and conversations can be really easy. Create a sacred space and try reaching out to them through meditation or prayer. You can also write a letter if that seems easier. They are always listening and will help if we reach out to them. Most of what we experience as reality are lessons that they have helped us create for ourselves. You can always ask to speed them up or slow them down. Just be aware of how you phrase your questions or request. Like the Universe, they can take our words very literally!
