WHAT I DID ON MY SUMMER VACATION

As a writer, I don’t get to vacation much, there’s never enough time, and summer is full of conferences. After paying for conferences and the traveling, there’s never enough money or time for another trip. Most writers tend to take a few days before or after conferences to squeeze in vacation time, and this year, that was my goal.

I had just finished HAD TO BE YOU, turned it into my editor, and planned a trip to Colorado Springs for Rom Com—a reader’s conference.
