The Weekly Health Challenge: Level One
Put on some music you love and dance to it
I'm not talking about going to a club, or doing an organized dance. I mean lock yourself in your room and be as goofy and silly as you want. Move around, dance, and don't worry about what other people think. The kind of dancing you used to do as a kid, before what other people thought mattered.
First of all, dancing is a great way to exercise. Second, doing it alone and without an audience eliminates any self-consciousness you might feel if you go work out at a gym.
