I only stumbled upon the gif, so THANK YOU so much for posting the link! What a great story. I bet someone's loving on that kitty right now :D

@Angela & @Nenia - You gotta check this out!

Derrolyn Anderson PS : I have a pair of sibling cats from the same litter, and the girl cat (named Lula!) had kind of a weird thing going on with her back legs as well (I think they're a little short). She still kind of hops like a bunny, so we call her our cabbit ;)

I wrote a cat character named "Stumpy" in my book "The Turning Tides" inspired by her, LOL.

Nenia Campbell Oh my gosh, she has the sweetest little meow.

They should get her one of those prosthetic butt carts with wheels so she can wheel herself around. I feel like walking around like that would cause her a lot of back injuries. :(

Yeah. I've tweaked my back a few times and walked sideways for days, so it does hurt just looking at it!

Nenia Campbell *nods*

The little carts have better support for the spine, I believe.

Derrolyn Anderson I bet that cat can haul ass & pop wheelies! :)

Howard Parsons Having read Tides by Deborah Annette Shaw, the author's vision of the merman, Micah, becomes all the more believable because of this animated GIF.

I haven't read Tides, but I'm guessing that Micah walks on his hands! LOL :)
