THIS BACK-DROP IS AN OXY-MORON IF EVER THERE WAS ONE

Is it just me or does anyone else find Barack Obama using the United States Constitution as the back drop for a hastily arranged speech done for no other reason than to try and soften the blow from a speech by VP Dick Cheney that was scheduled well in advance of Obama's, which was only decided on two days ago?

Here is a wannabe man who has refused to abide by the Constitution in any thing that has to do with him and his identity and records, yet he wants to say the Bush Administration ignored the
