BAM signing in McDonough, GA

Sunday I had a lovely signing at the Books-a-Million in McDonough, GA.

 

 

A few loyal fans showed up and there was lots of foot traffic. Here I am with Linda, who usually reads mysteries but decided to give me a chance and she liked my books.

 

The staff was friendly and the guy who announced my signing had a very sexy voice.

I met Nicole, a beautiful young woman who is struggling with serious health issues and her mother, Carolyn, who was a dialysis nurse like me. They reminded me why authors write–to touch the hearts of readers. These days, Nicole’s primary joy comes from books. Her favorite author is Debbie Macomber, because Debbie never fails to make her feel happy and safe. Nicole is such a brave young woman. I feel privileged to have met her.
