In fact, it’s worth making the effort to do so, because most often, things aren’t as they seem – as our thoughts and beliefs would make them seem.

And to discover just how much mind chatter and ego can crowd our moments (and make it awfully difficult to perceive things as they are in reality), Joe Martino at Collective Evolution invites us to “sit and observe everything around you … just observe it.
