Esther's about to make another entrance
It feels like it has been a long time in coming, but The Maudlin Wives Inn book 2 is almost out at last.
It has been a longer wait than anticipated, partly because we've been working on book 2 and book 3 at the same time, given the links weaving through both of them. (There's a reason why DI John Smith has been featuring in one of the main banners on our website.) We're sooo looking forward to setting the second book free really soon.
But, for those in our Goodies club (it's free to join) the first Esther Extra will arrive first, just squeaking in ahead of the big arrival by a nose (albeit one protected from Nana Fluffy's namesakes.)

Can't wait to read the next installment. read the first book far too many times to be healthy and may i just add, guys, in the first book, DI Smith was described as someone who "blends into the background". He *points to supposed photo of DI Smith and grins girlishly* is NOT going to blend in. That's all i have to say. . .

how exciting! DI does hold a special place in my heart. loved him in book two. it's why i'm a fan. very super duper ultra uber exctted about next one! Mik/Ester is right as i'm pretty sure it's just Mik writing herself in a different setting with a different name. thanks Drew!Drost out!
