T or R?

Today’s question is from a podcast subscriber in Russia: “Could you please explain when to use an “r” instead of “t” in some phrases: - Got it (like “gar it”). - Get out of here / get outta here (like “ger ari here”) – I’ve heard it both with “r” and with “t” – 50/50.
