City to Seek a New Operator for Tavern on the Green as Labor Talks Collapse

Dean J. Poll, owner of the Central Park Boathouse, loses his right to win a license to operate the landmark restaurant after his talks with its union collapse. In the meantime, the building will be a visitor's center and snack bar.
