TRANSFORM YOUR INNER CRITIC INTO AN INNER COACH

Most of us are critics. Though  you might not be a professional literary, music, movie critic, you just might be a critic of yourself. We always speak to ourselves, though you might be unconscious to this fact, you really do speak to yourselves all the time, and what exactly do you talk about. Of course, you should and shouldn’t all over yourself. We are all born critics.

1)WORRIED HIMSELF TO DEATH

Nick Sitzman was an healthy man, and once in work he was left behind, locked in a freezer. He knew he wouldn’t survive, because the freezer would go way below zero. Sitzman started to account his last minute thoughts. He began to imagine, that temperature was slowly dropping below zero and in the morning they found out about Nick Sitzman death. But ironically the freezer was not switched on, but Nick worried himself to death, and so we understand how terrible and powerful the thought of a person is

2)YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AFFECT YOUR BODY

As we can see from the Nick Sitzman incident, it is true that negative thoughts affect the body. When a person is always whining and telling to himself that he is not feeling well, will actually not feel well. As the mind thinks so does the body perform.

3)TALK TO YOURSELF LIKE A WINNER

Without doubt it is imperative that one should talk like a winner to be a winner. Simple as that. That’s why Zig Ziglar says to look into the mirror every day and say, “I _________(name) am a happy, hardworking, competent, handsome, positive …….” Saying this over and over again will change the thought patter and we automatically start acting and talking like a winner.
