Further MALWARE progress

I'm just under halfway through my first rewrite of MALWARE, working off the rough, and things are starting to take shape a lot more. As with the rough of FIRMWARE, I was merely working with a vague idea of what I wanted the story to be about, and seeing where it wanted to go.
